“ I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership that I felt that I was insulted by these unqualified and unprofessional sales and managers. They gave me an unbelievable quote online. When I showed up next day, whoever from the sales department claimed that price was a mistake and offered me a new quote that wasn’t any closer to the original one they gave online. That new quote that I can easily get from any Toyota dealership. Seriously, this dealership really needs to train their employees. Please find someone who can really do the job. Real job that can help customers out not just those disgusting sales tactics. Shame on you. ”

“ Service desk tried to charge me $4000-5000 for a part I did not even need. They also did not change my oil for a few different visits, only tire rotation and my truck (I purchased from them) almost blew up. ”

“ This place is a disgrace. I made a device appointment here and they were closed and never took the time to tell me. They let me make an appointment and even so much as confirmed that I was still coming for them to close and not give me any notification. I drove an hour for this and they never mentioned they were closed. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful. Do NOT come to this excuse of a dealer. ”
