I drove all the way from western Colorado to Kentucky with my 2024 4Runner. She started making a loose pulley-like noise so to be safe before heading back home, I swung into this dealership to get it checked. They squeezed me right in and looked my girl over. I am extremely picky and do not let anyone touch my vehicles usually. They handled her with care. The young man in the service department was friendly. Thankfully everything was as it should be and I was able to be on my way. I appreciate the care!

The experience of purchasing a new vehicle at Toyota in Ashland Kentucky was first class. They found the specific truck that I wanted and did not try to sell me one I didn’t want. They had the truck within a couple of days and were very efficient with the paperwork. They were polite and focused on what I needed. When it’s time for my wife to buy an SUV I know I will return.

We were met quickly by Blake our Sales Representative. He was kind and very helpful. We were just looking that day but he followed up with us in a way that wasn’t bothersome or pressuring. When we decided that we found what we wanted I messaged him and he was off work. His response was I will be right there to help you. He came in and stayed through the evening with us. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and the other gentleman as well. Our next purchase we will be coming to Toyota in Ashland first.

Great price on vehicle but the salesman sold it out from underneath me and completely quit responding to me.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership that I felt that I was insulted by these unqualified and unprofessional sales and managers. They gave me an unbelievable quote online. When I showed up next day, whoever from the sales department claimed that price was a mistake and offered me a new quote that wasn’t any closer to the original one they gave online. That new quote that I can easily get from any Toyota dealership. Seriously, this dealership really needs to train their employees. Please find someone who can really do the job. Real job that can help customers out not just those disgusting sales tactics. Shame on you.

Service desk tried to charge me $4000-5000 for a part I did not even need. They also did not change my oil for a few different visits, only tire rotation and my truck (I purchased from them) almost blew up.

This place is a disgrace. I made a device appointment here and they were closed and never took the time to tell me. They let me make an appointment and even so much as confirmed that I was still coming for them to close and not give me any notification. I drove an hour for this and they never mentioned they were closed. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful. Do NOT come to this excuse of a dealer.
